Real E-training is a Registered Training Organisation that delivers online training to the real estate industry in NSW.

We only deliver real estate courses, so our clients are assured of getting the most up to date and relevant training around. While we do deliver in-house training, the focus is on E-learning and online delivery allowing costs to be kept down and those savings passed on to our clients.

Based in Sydney's Blue Mountains Real E-training was founded in 2009 by former REINSW Education and Training Manager Jamie Hammond, whose philosophy is simple; provide high quality training resources and superior service at an affordable price. At his side and with him at every step during the Real E-training journey has been his wife Kristeen the heart and soul of Real E-training and the student experience.

Jamie's decision to leave his role with REINSW in the city to start a new RTO was made in part to improve a one sided "work/family" balance but also so he could create a supportive work environment with a sense of community spirit, allowing him to spend more time volunteering with the NSW Rural Fire Service where Jamie serves as a Deputy Captain for his local brigade. Real E-training values all volunteers and supports all staff and contractors it employs to give back to the community whenever they can, whether it be fighting fires with NSW RFS or mentoring children through Scouts Australia we believe giving back to the community at large is only a small price of admission to be lucky enough to call this wonderful country home.
