Class 2 Licence

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419)

Your Class 2 Licence lets you run the day-to-day licensed activities of a real estate business, sales, property management, or both. It's the natural next step once you've worked as an assistant agent.

The qualification is delivered in five clusters, which can be completed as a full course or individually depending on what you still need.

Diploma of Property (CPP51122)

The Diploma of Property is the qualification behind a full Class 1 Licence, the most senior real estate licence in NSW. It's designed for licensees ready to run or own an agency in their own right.

Nationally recognised training. A short LLN check and AVETMISS enrolment details are completed as part of enrolment.
