Your Class 2 Licence lets you run the day-to-day licensed activities of a real estate business, sales, property management, or both. It's the natural next step once you've worked as an assistant agent.
The qualification is delivered in five clusters, which can be completed as a full course or individually depending on what you still need.
Clusters can be studied individually at $350 each, or as the full Cert IV course at $950.
The Diploma of Property is the qualification behind a full Class 1 Licence, the most senior real estate licence in NSW. It's designed for licensees ready to run or own an agency in their own right.
If you're starting out, you'll likely need a Certificate of Registration first.
