The Diploma of Property is the qualification behind a full Class 1 Licence, the most senior real estate licence in NSW. It's designed for licensees ready to run or own an agency in their own right.
Class 2 (Cert IV, CPP41419) lets you run day-to-day licensed activities. Class 1 (Diploma, CPP51122) is the most senior licence, for running or owning an agency.
