**Minimum requirements - 
This is an online course and there are minimum requirements of computer literacy that are required to complete this program, for further information on this and our other policies please take the time to read our student handbook.

The Certificate of registration is the minimum requirement in NSW to allow you to work in real estate as either a property officer or salesperson (Assistant Agent).

 

The requirements to hold a Certificate of Registration are;

  • At least 16 years of age

  • Must be a fit and proper person to hold a certificate of registration

  • Must have the qualifications required for the type of certificate of registration for which they are applying

  • Have not been disqualified.

This course fulfils the educational requirements and participants will complete the following 5 units of competency from Cert IV in Real Estate Practice;
 

  • CPPREP4001 Prepare for professional practice in real estate

  • CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate

  • CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate

  • CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate

  • CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts
